Prior to having my little girl, I was making healthy treats for Dose, our Espresso hot spot on Sydney’s North Shore. I was making some café-friendly slices and cakes with a healthy twist and they turned out to a real hit with the health conscious families.
Ok, truth is, writing is not my strong point. It was by far my weakest subject at school. I was more interested in daydreaming, socialising, eating, and pretty much anything not academic. So it’s taken a bit of convincing to get me to create an ‘un-blog’, aka update column.
