I’ve recently noticed that there are misprints in two of the recipes in the Cookbook (sadly):
- Oat Waffles – the recipe should read as 1 tsp baking soda, not 1 tbsp.
- Gluten Free Seeded Loaf – there should be 2 cups water added to the recipe list. In the method, you will mix the 300g flax meal with 2 cups water before adding to the loaf mix.
